Thanks conv3rt, Scotts reply wasnt posted before i wrote mine or else i would simply have agreed with him. Its a contest, most votes win, simple as that. Agree or disagree but the process was followed and a winner declared.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but to think that in a "Photo of the Year" contest, you dont want it to necessarily go to the best photo, but to the other guy just because the other photographer is a pro? Come on, Man! Give yer head a shake, they are both great shots and one was liked slightly more than the other, props to them both. As far as gear goes, the last time I saw Wellburn, this fall, he was riding an older xc hardtail, so I'm pretty sure he's stoked to win the Demo Congrats John!!

Number 1 all the way. Wellburn, the Claw, the Gobi desert and a sunset. You kiddin me? Number 2 never was my fave, i liked the mud spraying in my face waaay more. That being said, 2 is a solid shot, just not epic. John's shot was my screensaver long before it was in this contest. Kudos to all the great photos, now lets get this over with and give the man his bike!!

Thanks again Jay for helping us here in the Puddle. The kids are still lovin it, moms are bringing lawn chairs to watch and the jumps are holding up like concrete. Great job!!

I have checked out the Earth Ramps guys site, super cool, but after reading the 24" wheel only signs, all i can say is wtf? Are we not on mountain bikes?
